Castle Point Anime Convention is run by Anime Critics United, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation in New York that is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and is a public charity under section 509(a)(2).

As a non-profit organization, we want to be transparent with our operations. In fact, we are required by law to release certain information, particularly our annual tax filings and other similar documents of public record. You can find copies of those documents here.
